1. Where are you located?
We are an online-based company located in SWFL. We also offer our line at Capt. Rob’s Bait & Tackle in Cape Coral, FL.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We aim to ship orders the same day whenever possible. If not, your order will ship the next business day.

3. Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! Orders can be picked up at Capt. Rob’s Bait & Tackle (3714-A Del Prado Blvd. S, Cape Coral, FL 33904). Orders are typically ready the next business day, and you must bring your order number to confirm pick-up.

4. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout.

5. What is your return and refund policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the return, but actual refund times depend on your credit card company’s processing time.
